With power in abundance the RTX 3090 is a beast of a mining GPU by Nividia at 125 Mh/s and the only one they haven’t capped the mining performance of yet.

The RTX 3090 does tend to Thermal throttle and can be very tedious to deal with. It will probably require a change of pads which could invalidate your warranty.

LHR limits the mining capability of a GPU in the Ethash Algorithm by up to 75%. None of the RTX 3090s are affected by LHR.

Please adjust the overclocks in small increments to find the ideal sweet spot for your GPU. Some GPUs will perform differently due to the silicone lottery so please do your own research.
